In the event the goods received are defective upon delivery, we will provide a replacement, subject to stocks availability or exchange with a similar product. Nutrition Pro (NP) Reward Points is a little bonus to reward our members for any purchases made from nutritionpro.sg
NP Reward Points accumulated can be used to redeem in your subsequent purchase at nutritionpro.sg. Every 900 points equal to S$10 worth of wallet credit on Nutrition Pro. However, NP Reward Points are not exchangeable for cash.
Every S$1 spent in nutritionpro.sg will be rewarded 3 points. S$1 spent = 3 NP Reward Points

Simply write your product review for purchased product and you will be rewarded 100 NP Reward Points.
1 Purchased Product Review = 100 NP Reward Points
- SPAM on product review will not giving you extra NP Reward Points, only first review on the individual product’s entitled the reward.
- Only purchased product’s review will be rewarded. Writing product review on a never purchased product will gain nothing.
- Reward points will be given once your product review approved by our website administrator.
Simply login Nutrition Pro website, go to My Account > Nutrition Pro Reward or click on Rewards on the top menu.
You can view all history of the NP Reward Points transactions.
